Include the product, plugin version, server software, Minecraft version, and exact error. Remove licence keys, access links, passwords, and tokens first.

Your Heirloom Core key is available through verified purchase access after fulfilment. The licence allows up to three installations for the buyer. For direct-store activation, use ric-license-key in plugins/Heirloom/config.yml or a plain-text plugins/Heirloom/ric-license.key file. Follow the direct-store installation steps. Share only the final five characters if support needs to identify it. Never send a complete key or access link.
Attach the relevant startup log section and describe what you expected. Remove IP addresses, player details, database credentials, licence keys, and other secrets first. Check the current Heirloom documentation for your release's Paper and Java requirements.
